日本の出版社との仕事が一段落。ああ、しばらくぽけーーーーーっとしたいな〜と思いつつ、次のイギリスとの本スタート。そうです。やっとラフの返事が来たのです！そしてなぜか〆切が２ヶ月のびていた・・・う〜ん、でももう９月以降の予定もいれちゃったからな〜。ここはがんばって予定通り終わらせたいところ。なのですが、あっつくて頭の回転がマイナス２００くらいになっている気がします。エアコン入れればいいんだけど、「いやいや、夏は暑いべきなんじゃないか」とか頑固おじさん的な意地をはり通しているところなのです。つゆがあければ否が応でもエアコン要りますもんね！さあ、今日はこのラフを線画におこすところまでがんばりまっす！
I was working hard for the past two months for a Japanese publisher. I'm almost done with the book, and now what I really need is holiday!!! I just want to go somewhere and do nothing........though I've a book to finish before the end of Sep. This is for an English publisher. The story was written by an author, so this time I'm focusing on the illustrations. It's fun to work on this book, but it's been just so hot in Japan that I'm loosing concentration. I'd better turn on the air conditioner, I know, but the summer should be hot like this, shouldn't it? Anyway after the rainy season, it will be unbearably hot. Then I'll switch on the air-con!
